1. Harness classification design
Harness according to the role of the classification of the wire can be divided into power lines, cable lines, network lines, control signal lines, sensor sampling lines.

Do not use wires with wire diameters less than 0.75 mm2 and below for single wire conductors.
In determining the cross-sectional area of the conductor to consider the voltage drop and the heat of the wire, in the following circumstances consider the increase in diameter:
· Wire is too long may be appropriate to enlarge the diameter;
• The wire is connected to the appliance by multiple connectors. After considering the terminal voltage drop, it is appropriate to enlarge the wire diameter.
· When the working environment temperature is higher than the normal temperature (25 ℃), the wire diameter can be enlarged.
